Take Bhatura mix in a bowl. Add 300ml water(1 Glass) & mix 1/2 bowl curd . Stir the pounch contents (collect inside the pack) collect small pounch inside the pack, take this pack contents in bowl with water & add water & dough the contents. Put some oil/ghee with your hands on this dough, cover the dough with wet cloth & leave for 50 - 60 mintues. Then make medium size ball &make required shape of bhatura. Heat oil or ghee and deep fry the bhaturas & serve the hot & delicious bhaturas.Not any artificial colour added, natural ingredients used. Very easy to cook and gives very delicious taste.
