Put 1 glass of water 300ml in idli maker and wrm it. Mix 800ml water with 2 tbps oil in 500g . Rice idli instant mix and then leave the solution for 10 minutes. Grease the idli moulds with oil then pour the batter in the moulds and steam the idli in idli maker. put it on high flamefor 15 minutes until the idli are ready. serve the steaming hot idli with sambar and coconut chutney.
